PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. All orders ship via USPS (first class or priority) in discreet packaging. If you're worried about packages going missing, select the shipping option with Signature Confirmation (it costs an additional $3). SUPERGOOD cannot be held responsible for tracked packages that go missing so we strongly encourage you to add Signature Confirmation if your mail does not get delivered to a secure location.
International orders will ship via USPS. If you want to place an order to ship to a country we do not yet ship to, please reach out to us. It is your responsibility to know and understand the local laws surrounding hemp (and CBD) in the country in which you reside. International orders will ship with a potency COA for each product ordered.
Due to regulations within certain states, we cannot ship to the following: Idaho, Iowa, Nebraska, and North Dakota. If you place an order to ship to one of these states, it will be cancelled and the total will be refunded via the original form of payment.
We accept returns on unopened products if the return is initiated within 14 days of delivery. We will credit you in full (less shipping charges) once the package is received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and tracking is recommended.
To initiate a return, please send us a message through our contact form with RETURN as the subject. Please provide your name, order number, and purchase date. We'll get the return set up in our system and will provide you with a RA (return authorization) code that you'll need to include in your return.
We do not accept returns on opened products.
If you receive a product that has a broken seal, is in defective packaging, etc. please reach out to us within 72 hours of delivery and we will remedy the situation. If you receive a product with a broken seal, please do not use it and get in touch with us immediately.
PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Promotions are only valid on purchases made during the promotion period. SUPERGOOD reserves the right to discontinue promotions at any time without notice. Not valid on gift card purchases. Promotions are void where prohibited by law. Promotions are not valid on mini size products.
Our payment processor will not allow us to refund partial orders. If you plan on using a promo code, you need to make sure it is applied to the order total before completing your purchase. We cannot apply discounts after an order has been placed.
