Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. All orders ship via USPS (first class or priority). If you're worried about packages going missing, select the shipping option with Signature Confirmation (it costs an additional $3). SUPERGOOD cannot be held responsible for packages that go missing.
We accept returns on unopened products if the return is initiated within 14 days of delivery. We will credit you in full (less shipping charges) once the package is received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and tracking is strongly encouraged.
To initiate a return, please send us a message through our contact form with RETURN as the subject. Please provide your name, order number, and purchase date. We'll get the return set up in our system and will provide you with a RA (return authorization) code that you'll need to include in your return.
We do not accept returns on opened products.
If you receive a product that has a broken seal, is in defective packaging, etc. please reach out to us within 72 hours of delivery and we will remedy the situation. If you receive a product with a broken seal, please do not use it and get in touch with us immediately.
Promotions are only valid on purchases made during the promotion period. SUPERGOOD reserves the right to discontinue promotions at any time without notice. Not valid on gift card purchases. Promotions are void where prohibited by law. Promotions are not valid on sample size products.
