Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. All orders ship via USPS priority mail and come with tracking (so you can keep an eye on your package every step of the way). An adult must be present during delivery and is required to sign for the package.
If you made a mistake entering your mailing address, we must be notified within 24 hours (otherwise we will ship to the address provided).
We accept returns on unopened products if the return is initiated within 14 days of delivery. We will credit you in full (less shipping charges) once the package is received. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and tracking is strongly encouraged.
To initiate a return, please send us a message through our contact form with RETURN as the subject. Please provide your name, order number, and purchase date. We'll get the return set up in our system and will provide you with a RA (return authorization) code that you'll need to include in your return.
We do not accept returns on opened products.
