TURMERIC OVERNIGHT OATS

1/2 cup (45g) thick rolled oats
1 tablespoon (6g) flax meal
Pinch of Diaspora Co. turmeric
Pinch of fine sea salt

1/2 cup (112g) unsweetened coconutmilk
1 tablespoon (15g) pure maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon (1g) SUPERGOOD golden oil

YOU'LL ALSO NEED
Fruit compote
Plain coconut yogurt
Toasted coconut flakes

Add the oats, flax meal, turmeric, and salt to a small bowl; mix to combine. Add the coconutmilk, maple syrup, and turmeric oil; mix until combined. Cover then transfer to the refrigerator to chill overnight.

In the AM, place some fruit compote (or fresh fruit) in the bottom of a jar then layer with overnight oats, coconut yogurt, and coconut flakes. Enjoy.
