CHILLED GOLDEN MILK
1 1/2 cups unsweetened milk (almond, cow, etc.)
1 1/2 teaspoon SUPERGOOD golden milk powder
2-3 teaspoons pure maple syrup
Pinch of fine sea salt, optional
Add the milk, golden milk powder, maple syrup (or 1-2 medjool dates), and salt to a high powered blender. Blend on high speed for 1 minute (or until smooth and frothy) then transfer to a small bottle and chill for at least six hours. Enjoy within two days. Shake well before drinking.
To remove stains from your blender, simply place it in direct sunlight for 1 hour.
I DON'T WANT TO DIRTY MY BLENDER
Add the milk to a small saucepan set over medium heat; heat just until it starts to simmer then off the heat. Add the golden milk powder to a small mug. Slowly pour in the heated milk and whisk to combine, then whisk in the maple syrup and salt. Let milk cool to room temperature then chill for at least six hours. Enjoy within two days. Shake well before drinking.
