TURMERIC OVERNIGHT OATS
1/2 cup (45g) thick rolled oats
1 tablespoon (6g) flax meal
2 teaspoons (3g) SUPERGOOD turmeric coconut creamer
Pinch of fine sea salt
1/2 cup (112g) unsweetened coconutmilk
1 tablespoon (15g) pure maple syrup
YOU'LL ALSO NEED
Plain coconut yogurt
Toasted coconut flakes
Add the oats, flax meal, turmeric coconut creamer, and salt to a small bowl; mix to combine. Add the coconutmilk and maple syrup; mix until combined. Cover then transfer to the refrigerator to chill overnight.
In the AM, place some fruit compote (or fresh fruit) in the bottom of a jar then layer with overnight oats, coconut yogurt, and coconut flakes. Enjoy.
